Organizing Your Neighborhood Documents
These are copies of organizational and neighborhood forms that were used in the Colony Ward in West Valley City. They were created by Scott Johnson and are here for your use with his permission. You may change anything you wish if it will better suit your own purposes.
Wherever you see the phrase, ‘Add Here’, you should place the name of your own Disaster District or Neighborhood, which ever is applicable. There are also places left for the names of individuals and homes.
